Better You!

Perfect Combination is a program designed to help individuals find their unique personalized route to total health.  The perfect combination for any individual includes a balance of nutrition, fitness, and mental awareness that is specific to each person according to their age, gender, life experiences, and goals.  Our sessions are led by certified fitness trainers and physical therapists.

What programs are available?

BE FIT & FLEXIBLE

Basics Class Training.  All training is performed in a small class setting that emphasizes total body exercise including cardiovascular work, light weight lifting, core strengthening, and stretching.  These sessions are available every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 p.m.  - 6:30 p.m. beginning 12/12/16.  All exercises are modified to your abilities.

BE "TRAINED PERSONALLY"

Just For You:  Training is focused on your personal goals and abilities.  These sessions are designated for personal training within a group atmosphere for anyone in middle school, high school, and for adults of all ages.  Training for both athletes and beyond focuses on where the individual wants to better his or her performance:  speed, strength, agility, increased vertical, coordination, or core/body control.  These sessions are available Tuesday and Thusday from 5:30 p.m to 6:30 p.m. beginning 12/12/16.

How can I participate?

The Perfect Combination Fitness Program is a cash-pay only service, so insurance will not be billed.  Basics Class Training sessions cost $10/session with a minimum of one month payable in advance.  Just For You sessions cost $20/session with a minimum of one month payable in advance.  Choose which sessions work best for you whether it is one session per week or a combination of sessions.  All program sessions will be at Colorado Plains Rehabilitation Department.  Please note that the schedule is subject to change.  Call us for additional details and registration at 970-867-6544.
